I’ve got all of her albums, including her work with Frou Frou. I think her music is absolutely remarkable. It’s fun to go back to I Megaphone and hear how she matured. Speak For Yourself is great, but I’m wondering how she is going to top Sparks .

I discovered her via Frou Frou and then bought Speak for Yourself when it came out. Since then I’ve kind of lost track of her. I’ll have to go explore her work since then.

I discovered her back when I Megaphone came out. They played Come Here Boy on the radio, one of only a couple of her songs that have gotten airplay (at least that I’ve heard). It’s my understanding that Heap felt very restricted by her producers on I Megaphone , and that Speak For Yourself received its title because it was the first album she did entirely on her own.

Check this out:

Also, I Megaphone is an anagram of Imogen Heap.
